PALO Privacy Filter Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:
The PALO Privacy Screen Filter is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal usage for a period of three years from the purchase date. If the Privacy Filter is found to be defective under normal use within this period, PALO will offer a replacement Privacy Filter.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
  • Damage or scratches caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper care of the product are not covered.
  • Physical damage, including cracks, breaks, or chips, resulting from improper installation, impact, or abuse, is excluded.
  • Damages from the use of cleaning agents, exposure to fire, discoloration, modification, or negligent use are not covered.
  • Damage to any devices or products used in conjunction with the Privacy Filter is not covered.

Replacement Terms:

  • For a warranty replacement, verification and/or return of the original PALO Privacy Filter is required.
  • Proof of original purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) must be provided along with the defective product.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Upon successful verification of the defect and required documentation, PALO will issue a replacement Privacy Filter.
  • Shipping or handling charges for returning the product (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by PALO.

How to Obtain a Warranty Replacement:

  1. Contact PALO customer support and provide a detailed description of the defect, including photos if possible.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by the support team, which may include returning the original product for inspection.
  4. Upon validation, a replacement Privacy Filter will be sent to you within the warranty period.

Please note: Proper installation and usage as per the instructions provided with the product are necessary to maintain warranty coverage. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

Care Instructions for PALO Privacy Screen Filter

  • Do not fold or bend the Privacy Filter : Folding, bending, or leaving the filter outside of your laptop or monitor may cause permanent dents or damage.
  • Avoid the use of cleaning agents : Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive substances, as these can lead to discoloration or surface damage. 
  • For cleaning : Use only standard water-based wet wipes or a damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the surface of the filter. 
  • Proper storage : When the filter is not installed, store it in a protective folder or sleeve to avoid scratches and damage. For best results, keep the Privacy Filter installed at all times when using your device.

PALO Memory Foam Product Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:
This memory foam product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises during normal use within this period, the product will be repaired or replaced with an identical or comparable item, at the company’s discretion.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the foam’s integrity, including abnormal sagging, structural cracks, or splits under normal household use.
  • Sagging or loss of shape beyond industry-standard tolerances.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal softening, compression, or change in firmness of the foam that does not affect functional performance.
  • Physical damage (such as cuts, burns, stains, tears, soiling, or improper storage).
  • Misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Damage caused by use on an unsuitable foundation or surface or by external liquids or cleaners.
  • Minor foam height loss or normal wear and tear.
  • Cover or external accessories, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Replacement Terms:

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (such as invoice or receipt) must be provided for all claims.
  • The company may require the return or inspection of the original product to verify the defect prior to replacement.
  • Only the defective product or defective component will be repaired or replaced, not any accompanying items.
  • Shipping or return costs for inspection and replacement may be the customer’s responsibility, unless specified otherwise.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact customer service within the warranty period and provide a detailed description of the defect, along with photos if possible.
  2. Submit proof of purchase.
  3. Follow the company’s instructions regarding product return or inspection.
  4. Upon validation, an identical or equivalent replacement will be provided at no charge within the warranty period.

Other Notes:

  • The warranty is void if the product is found to have been used in an unhygienic, unsanitary, or abusive manner.
  • The company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and excludes any indirect or consequential damages.
